Northwest Regional RC&D currently has a Project in the running for a $25,000 grant on the Pepsi Refresh website, www.refresheverything.com.  U Serve Libby, Inc. is a 503(c)(3) organization dedicated to promoting tennis in Libby, Montana.  Currently, they are constructing six community tennis courts on city land to provide the opportunity for everyone to play this lifetime sport in a safe and convenient location.  THEY NEED YOUR VOTE.
