Subject: RC&D Appropriations for FY 2011

Since Western RC&D President Bruce Kroetch is on the road this week, He asked me to contact the NARC&D Councils to see where we are on the 2011 Budget.

For those who were at the National Legislative Conference last week, The "Dear College Letter" by Congressman Eric Massa 29^th NY.  His Office is still open and manned by Staffers and the Letter is still a Valid Item.

All Councils need to contact their Representatives and urge them to contact Congresswoman Rosa Delauro, 3^rd CT and Congressman Jack Kingston 1^st GA and tell them that they need to support our request of 50.3 Million for the RC&D Program.

You need to Email, Fax or Call the Representatives Immediately as action will probably be done in the next week and a half.

Do not contact Rep Delauro or Rep Kingston yourself; have your Representatives do the contacting.

This action is very important if we are to get our Budget restored.
